This is the first and hardest skill to learn in life for 90% people. People can work for hours for corporate but they fail to work for these many hours with dedication and discipline for themselves. On my india yogatour, I teach this habit first by actions. They know that they can compound their income & mental peace while working for them but mostly fail. They cannot get up early in the morning, sleep often in afternoon, overthinking and they attend useless drinking parties with friends more often. These wrong habits kill their time to produce a creative content for success, mental peace and family life.

It happens due to lack of self-discipline. Mind is not able to concentrate on the present moment. It runs continuously either in past memories or in the future worries.   Due to this overthinking an individual keeps procrastinated and loses the control over present. This habit of thinking continuously also generates disease like Depression and Anxiety

Yoga is a process of functional modification of mind waves. This is slow and boring process but only effective process from ancient wisdom of India. A Yoga lover can control his or her mind for hours to concentrate on the task which is necessary to do. SRE Yoga is an action oriented process which teaches you Self-discipline in 21 days. 

I tried many other techniques of calming the mind but nothing worked. I suffered from this lack of self-discipline for 10 years. I watched daily motivational videos, self-help books, exercise, travelling but nothing worked until I learnt different Yoga styles from different authentic teachers of India. 

My  11days  India Yoga tour is full of practical actions for every traveler of any age and any body type. Every day 1 hrs & 30 mintues practice of asana, pranayama and dhyan will develop Self discipline in the yogi.
