 “Getting bore” this mental state is very dangerous for your life. This is indication of mind’s unrest or trouble.

Charles Dickens

In 1852, Charles Dickens used this word in west in his book ‘Bleak House’. Then this word was added into dictionary.

There is one myth that only boring people get bore.
Infect, there are two types of characteristics –

Type A – These people want to do something new. They get bore when everything goes disciplined and smooth in their life. They get bore due to routine.

Type B - These people get fearful. So they close their doors for the outer people. They are too fearful about getting pain. They do not find themselves comfortable in opposite situations. So they create distance from other people


There are some benefits also of getting bore -

Like – Boredom saves us from the danger.
           Also sorrow saves us from future mistakes.



In this situation person starts ruining himself and he starts drinking, smoking and using drugs. This is the reason why youngsters are crazy for discos, pubs, using drugs and involves them in illicit sex. These are temporary solutions which put their mind into trance for few minutes. But has major damage for the body.



Ask yourself which kind of personality are you? Close your eyes for two minutes and ask this question to you then start reading further. 

Most people are Type A personality. But they do not know “what new they want in their life”?

Yoga is solution of this situation. Yoga was originated in India ten thousand year before present (Mesolithic age) by Lord Shiva. He was the first Yogi of the world.

How to start your day


First     - cleanliness of body.
Second- practice Yoga & meditation for 64 minutes/ running/swimming/gym any physical exercise whatever you like

Third    - Self study for two hours
               Study sacred scriptures or subject of your interest like history,music,business.
               After this leave your house for job,business or any other activity



Follow this routine for three months and you will see magical change in your mental state. This is the way inspired from Hinduism philosophy.
