Four pillars - 

Skill, Success, Behaviour, Fame 

To become Skillful and capable an individual needs to practice  one particular subject or business skill with discipline everyday for long years. 

This individual should practice without the tension of result. Individual must have satisfaction during the training years. Trainee should be absorbed in the training without the tension of results of the future. Such training to make a child skillful should start in between age of 7 to 12 years. This training might go in length up to 24 years of age. Depends on the willingness, enthusiasm and nature of the child. 

Then society chooses such capable person to get benefits of his/her skill. This opportunity is given to capable person by society to make profit with his/her skill. An incapable person can get such opportunity through his/her father or father's relatives. Time of this opportunity depends on the luck. Time is uncertain when a capable person will get the chance to show their skill. Opportunity will strike but time is uncertain. That depends on luck. 

Once a capable person is successful then this person needs to return this opportunity cost to the society back. This individual should not puffed up with ego. His behavior should be calm and compassionate after success. Successful individual should invest in developing more people like him/her without expecting anything in return. 

When a successful individual start returning their debts of the society through mind, body and money, this individual gets fame in the society. 

Only money will not bring fame, money is just a step towards fame, you will have to spend money, mind and body (any one thing out of three) to make more people like you without any expectation. 

This training of successful life should start at age of 7 years and the time of success and fame is uncertain. An individual who has been trained on a skill  very well will  get success definitely. Only time is uncertain. Then successful individual's compassionate behavior will bring FAME too. 

Success and fame follow the skilled person, an skilled person should not crave for these two.
