Introduction

This article I am writing on the basis of my life experiences and readings of Upanishad ( Summary of Holy books of Hindus - Vedas). I never thought of writing about this topic until and unless my daughter became 9 years old and I started shaping the foundation of her for a happy, wealthy and balanced life .

 I took it as my moral duty to share this knowledge with others too.

 In the market lots of information is available but they mostly fail to tell the secret of rich life.                  Why do they fail?

 just reading without implementation will never work. You will have to implement the teachings in your daily routine along with path of Yoga

Who should read this book ? 

A parent who wants to teach these habits to their children for there future, a student who wants to have good future, businessman who wants to earn money, people suffering from obesity and wants to loose fat , people suffering from pain and boredom of life.

                   Chapter one     Power of Concentration

 

 Mental health is the first and most important aspect of the happy and balanced life. Without the mental health all the riches of the world is waste. Even if you have inherited large wealth from your ancestors then also you must have good mental health to enjoy the luxury. Mentally strong individual can concentrate on any goal of the life. Run a Corporation like Reliance or  have a peaceful mind like Dalai Lama. 

No goal is big or impossible for the individual who has power of concentration. The power of concentration is achieved through mental health and there is a scientific  process of keeping your mental health strong through morning ritual of Yoga. No other technique in the world can give same benefits.  I teach it on my yogameditationtours of India 

Yam(morals) & Niyam (discipline)of  Yoga are most effective stages for mental health but it is deep knowledge which takes time to become part of our nature. This is the responsibility of the parents to teach these from childhood or find a Yoga teacher who can teach it everyday to your children by the age of 7. Parents Guide 

 First thing you need to do for going deep into the world of mental health & Business is getting up in the morning early. It is important but you won’t be able to do this without taking care of your evenings.  Yes, for successful morning routine your evenings should be organized. Every self-made man gets up early. 

Why should you get up early?

1 Maximum amount of oxygen which is good for your health

2 No one disturbs you early in the morning so you can concentrate maximum on your task and concentration is the key to success. If you can concentrate your thoughts towards one goal of yours or the Corporation you can achieve it definitely

Getting up early is most challenging habit. Most people fail in this first habit.

 How can you develop it?

Get back to your house by 6:30 pm in evening after your school or office or business at any cost every day. Take some rest and eat your dinner at 7:00 pm and walk 100 steps minimum after dinner and start reading spiritual books or books related your skill or career , read, write  or meditate till to the time you don’t fall asleep. Don’t watch television or social media during this time. If you sleep by 10 pm then automatically your body sleep cycle will be completed before 5 am. But to sleep at 10 pm you will have to get into the bed by 9 pm and your lights of the room must be switched off. So I generally meditate at 9 pm till to sleep. 

Once you get up at 5 am,

Drink two to four glasses of water (Luke warm if possible) , clean your stomach and go for a short walk outside the house  for 100 steps minimum and come back to the house and train your body for 45 minutes for 5 days a week.  It is possible for you to increase this 45 minutes time to 1 hrs. & 30 minutes every day for mental health and results will be phenomenal after 3months of practice. And if you continue this practice for 3 years your mental health will be rock solid. You will be ready for any tough situation or failure of the life. Depression, anxiety and lifestyle disease like heart attack, diabetes, and obesity will not occur to you. This is one of the biggest achievements of life.

How mental health will make you rich ? 

Mental Health is very much important, ill health means no happiness, no career, and no family. Mentally weak people drop their efforts in the middle. Any problem strikes and they quit. Their concentration breaks if friends call for party or movie or a short failure.  To achieve any goal of life you will have to develop unbreakable concentration.  

Concentrate all your thoughts towards your goal or Corporation goal. It will be achieved definitely but time is indefinite. No one can tell when your goal will be achieved but it will be achieved 100% . Give 1 hrs. and 30 minutes to your body & mind everyday in the morning for 3 years and you will achieve power of concentration through mental health. And you should use  these concentrated thoughts to select and produce a product for society for which society will pay you millions. Many individuals have learnt this art of concentration on my yogameditationtours of India. 

This morning ritual is your best tool to dive into your front, middle and lower brain.  You can take control of your brain through the above routine. The brain and body organs are interconnected but brain  is the master of the body . Body organs and senses take the orders from brain. Through SRe Yoga you can become master of your body senses. But mostly people become slave of their body senses like taste, hear, smell touch and speak. They can not control their body senses. So they never develop adequate power of concentration for achievement of goal.  They fail every time.  

Now you know the secret of concentration . Organize your evening and get up early then give 1 hrs. & 30 minutes to your body and mind and develop a corporation to produce and sell products like apple and Microsoft, Reliance etc 

 In the third chapter of this article I will explain deeply about science of brain and body connection and Yoga routine & other exercises which you can follow to develop power of concentration and lose BODY FAT.  

 



Chapter Two -  How to make money 

 

There are two ways to make immense wealth

1 – Produce a product and sell it to people

2 – Learn a skill & sell your service to corporates and rich clients

There are other ways too but  these two are more clear and straight strategies

In the first way you need immense of knowledge of a product then you need money to produce it in your factory and after that you need distribution channel to sell it in the market.  This knowledge you can gain by working in the same industry or by going college of business or by your elders. Mostly youngsters who are born in a business family get this knowledge and money to produce a product easily. Generally one generation spends this much time to learn the business and pass it to their children through large corporations.  

Owning your own business is the oldest and most successful way of getting rich. An employee never gets rich but many businessmen do. This is a very tough way for middle & lower middle class youngster but not impossible. They do not have much time to learn because they need money to support their family and no one pays in the market to learn the secrets of the industry. A middle class individual has limited knowledge of business and limited money. One mistake and he wipes out his money. 

General rule of running business is that you must have minimum 3 years of expenses in your bank account  to run the business even if there is no sale. That is why an individual who has little money must start the business with small amount (keep 3 years expenses as fixed deposit) and he should learn the process of producing & selling the product before starting business. 

So first find a job in the business of your interest and learn about production and selling of that product. Save enough money for future to start the same business. If you have sufficient knowledge and capital then no one can stop you by becoming successful businessman which earns millions of rs for himself, his family and charity. But without knowledge and money do not jump into business. 

A middle class individual should buy stocks of blue chip companies to get benefit of business profit. Buying a blue chip stock every year for few thousand Rupees till to 25 years might generate millions for the stock owner if company keeps on growing and does not get delisted from stock exchange in the future. 

2nd - 

Second way is easier than the first one but success ratio is less, only those will succeed who are ready to read and learn lifelong.  

Yes, become a self-employed professional who sells his or her services to corporates & rich clients for eg lawyer, app developer, actor, Trip leader & guide, Charted accountant, Doctor, Cricketer, Architect, Astrologer, fashion designer, Film director etc. 

But only those get hired who are best among the crowd.  And becoming the best of the industry is path of excellence which comes with determination and consistency.

Choose an area of your interest first. Than make a routine for everyday and spend hours everyday for years to your skill and one day you will appear as best. Give 6 hours minimum every day to study and developing connection in your field. This is path of developing content and connection. Developing content and finding connection is never ending process.

CHAPTER 3  

Exercises for peaceful mind &  losing fat

 

Body and mind both are interconnected but separate in unique way. Mind is the boss of body. Mind gives order to the body parts and organs. But many individuals get trapped into the habits of body senses like touch, taste, hear, see and smell. They eat non healthy food at wrong time and overeat because their mind has no control over body habits and that creates Body fat and body fat creates Obesity and Obesity creates lifestyle diseases like heart attack, diabetes etc.

An unhealthy body cannot have good mental health. An unhealthy body and mind cannot live peacefully. A still mind can be awaken for the achievement of higher purpose to run a corporation as CEO or to have a peaceful family or to live happily.  But if mind is unstill and unrest full then an individual cannot have good career, good family and good body.

So start your journey by losing fat from body then catch your monkey mind to focus on the goal.

I also faced such challenges for 20 years in my life. I suffered from depression and anxiety from age 16 to 30.  But through the below process I was able to come out from depression, anxiety & obesity within one year.

Lifting light weight and practicing yoga is a fantastic way of keeping your body and mind healthy.

Weight lifting burns your calories fastest; it helps in maintaining lean mass, it is good for anti-aging. The brain also releases dopamine (happy chemical) during weight lifting.

And yoga is a process of functional modification of mind. It changes your habit and behavior. No other technique in the world does that. This is the best gift of Lord Shiva to the people who are seekers of spirituality. Spirituality means relaxed, still and awaken mind all the time. No anger no craving

 

 

                                                Lean mass & peaceful mind program - 

 

70 % it is game of diet and 30% exercises.

 

This process we need to follow for 3 months with discipline and consistency.  Diet should not be strict. Otherwise you won’t be able to follow it for long time. Practice intermittent fasting. No other diet.

 

Suppose you eat your dinner at 7:30 pm then eat your next day first meal after 16 hours.

11 am Consume fruits first  

11:30 am Protein salad

12 noon chapatti and vegetables or Rice with lentils (limited quantity)

4 pm – black coffee with biscuit (not necessary)

Dinner in the evening again 7:30 pm

 

 

Note –

1 During starving drink water as much as you can, nothing else

2 Eat less and burn more calories for fat loss, calculate your calories intake and calories burn

 

Monday & Friday

First go for 10 kms walk,Jog or Run. If you cannot run, please do jogging, if you cannot jog then walk. Running will give you maximum fat loss. After that go to gym and do light weight lifting of compound exercises in circuit full body  – Back squats + Overhead press + deadlift+ Chet press + Bentover row  

This will consume your two hours of the morning.  Make a home gym for you it will save lots of time. For home gym you need only one barbell road and few kg weights and one set of dumbbell. Don’t buy super expensive machines in the starting. 

Tues/wed/thurs day

Practice Yoga after your 10 kms run/cycling/swimming (choose anyone)

Ashtang vinyasa is the hardest and most effective one which has all four pillars of fitness – Strength, Stability, Stretching and Stamina. If your body do not allow for it than go for Hatha Yoga this is best for the mental health.

 For senior people Traditional /classical Yoga is best but it will not help in fat loss.

Sat /Sun

Do whatever you want to do except over eating and go for long walks(10,000 steps = 1 hrs)  among nature

 

Slowly and gradually increase the volume and intensity of your work out for faster and tremendous results. But go slow , do it everyday at fixed time and do it for next 3 years. Make  this routine your lifetime habit. 

But never ever become the addictive of exercises. Many people do over training and become addictive to exercises and start avoiding their family and friends . Never give more than 2 hours to your body fitness.  Only professional athletes are advised to train for 4 to 6 hours a day.
