Self-research engineering(SRE) is a yoga method designed by Yoga & wellness coach Sandeep kumar after 18 years of Yoga practice.

SRE Yoga techniques help an individual in functional modification of his/ her mind waves which controls and prevents the mental health from depression, anxiety, stress and life style disease like obesity, heart disease and diabetes.  

Sandeep kumar teaches these techniques on his Spiritual India tour of India.






Sandeep Kumar has his certification in Hatha Yoga for Mental health from Kaivalyadham Yoga College, Lonavala, Mumbai, Ashtanga Vinyasa for body care therapy from Ganga Yogshala, Rishikesh & Buddhist meditation for mind training from Tushita meditation institute, Dharamshala 

Sandeep learnt that all mental health issues somehow has root into wrong identification of #self.  



From the childhood people don’t know their purpose, goal, duty and nature. So under the pressure of parents, society and friends an adult chooses the different way of living life and making money. 

This way is totally opposite of his or her purpose, goal, duty and nature and it creates conflict within the mind. 

Later this conflict turns into frustration and when the reason of frustration is not found and resolved than happen lack of interest in current way of living and leads to depression and ends into #suicide

This is journey of 3 months to 30 years, people fall into the trap of #depression sooner or later.

Same way an individual’s #boredom  leads to anxiety and violence to others.

So anyone who is into sorrow (depression) or into boredom (anxiety) needs SRE Yoga (#Selfresearchengineering) . 

This is 2 hrs  daily practice of asana, breath and meditation taught by Yoga coach Sandeep kumar on his indiatour of India. 



Sandeep kumar focuses on breath, body & mind connection through asana, breathing (pranayama) and meditation. Anybody can practice this at any age (7 years to 70 years).



Sandeep also faced depression & anxiety for many years. It started in his life when he was only 15 years old but he did not realise it till his twenties. Then he started looking for answers into Yoga just like Lord BUDDHA. 

He learnt many different #yoga techniques from different Yoga teachers of India and finally cured his depression & anxiety after 3 months rigorous practice of SRE yoga for 3 hours a day. 

Sandeep decided to share his practice with others in year 2014 after leading successful, happy and balanced life free from depression & anxiety for many years. 

Sandeep do not call himself a teacher, he considers himself as a senior practitioner who is still learning Yoga.

 

Anybody at any age can get hit by ill #mentalhealth mental health. Nobody should get disheartened because of this. This is life cycle, seasons change, situation changes, people change, everything changes, and change is permanent.  

Solution is regular practice of Yoga and learning detachment.

SRe Yoga practice is mix of asana, breathing & meditation. Daily practice of SRE yoga is beneficial.

Detachment is not physical. It is theory which needs to be practiced mentally. Learn to detach you from mental craving of eight worldly pleasures & pain. Detachment is mental practice not the physical.

 Every day in the evening do self-study for 30 minutes to gain wisdom of spirituality.  

We practice it on tour of India.
