Inner Voice
For last so many years this one line “Inner Voice” has
ruined the career of thousand of youngsters. Recently a new movie “Tamasha” of
Ranbeer Kapoor has been made on the same concept. This might be the 20th
film which talks about the concept of “Inner Voice”.
This film says; do not run behind courses like management,
engineering, mathematics or etc. Do not follow advice of your elders and the
world when it comes to choose a career.
To choose career listen to your inner voice.
Government is opening new IIT and management colleges every
year and films are guiding students to leave their studies and asking them what
will you do after becoming engineer? After seeing the movie, youngsters (who
are confused) decide not to study anymore. They do not know what to do?
Follow your Inner voice, what does it mean?
Does it mean that I should sleep till 10 am in the morning?
Eating peanuts in sun rays, keep writing against the world
on facebook, and when somebody guides you to make career then start watching
movie which says that do not listen to the world, always listen to your inner
voice. First thing comes to the mind of youngsters is to join politics or the
film industry and quitting their studies.
Is “inner voice” is escape from hard work?
I think most of the youngsters take the benefit of this line
for escaping from hard work.
These management courses are sources to get secured life.
But it takes lots of hard work to get established in the career. Every
youngster does not have talent of acting, writing, singing, public speaking. If
your inner voice says that you can be one of those then first complete your
studies and side by side develop art as hobby.
Later on you can slowly and gradually shift to the industry
according to your talent. But never ever do it spontaneously. Do not quite your
formal education.
Second way -
If you find that you are talented in anyone of art like
acting, singing, writing, public speaking then try to enroll yourself for study
courses related to these subjects. Groom yourself under the guidance of
teachers. Always remember the success ratio is very tiny and takes years of
hard work to get established in the industry like film, singing, writing,
politics.
Indian parents should also understand that let your child
make career in the subject which he loves reading like history, arts, hindi and
others. After 1992, India
has changed a lot now there are opportunities in every field.
Ask you child to choose a subject of his interest and then
motivate him to become master of that subject to excel in career. Most of the
students want to quite studies because they are forced to study their
unfavorable subject. And they think becoming hero, actor, singer is fun because
they will not have to study. Make him understand that listening to inner voice
does not mean escape from hard work.
Listening to inner voice means choose the subject of your
interest so you can put all your effort and time to achieve the goal happily.
This life is much healthier and wealthy life than an actor or politician.
Everyone talks about leaving the job and joining politics or
bollywood. But what about those people who are in politics due to peer pressure
and doing it in a way of monotonous job.
Don’t you think Rahul
Gandhi would have been much happy if he would have become banker instead of
politician?
Don’t you think Abhishek Bachhan would have been much happy
if he would have become management consultant instead of actor?
So my dear youngsters following inner voice does not mean
leaving studies, it means choosing a subject of your interest to do the maximum
labor to achieve the goal happily.
Acting, singing, public speaking, these are the natural
talents and if you have it in you then opportunity will knock at your door. You
need not to worry about these arts separately. Develop these arts as hobby and
try to become master of any subject (formal education) for a bright career.
